RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All regular priced items may be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undecorated) with all labels in place within 14 days of receiving your order.  

Return shipping costs are not prepaid.

If you need to return an item due to an error or in the event of a defective item, please contact us at info@ekita.ca with your order number, your full name and a photo of the damaged product. Ekita will be happy to help you.

    Return Authorization

    We hope you love your new Ekita pieces!
    However, if you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange them by requesting a return authorization.   Following the reception of your request, our customer service will be in contact with you within 24hrs.

    Get a refund

    We carefully inspect all items once your return is received. You can expect your refund within 5-7 business days following the receipt of your return.

    Exchange your order

    Exchanges are not currently supported by our online returns process. If you would like to exchange your current item for a different item, please follow the return process and then create a new order for the item you would like to exchange.
