Ekita is part of Forma, a uniform company founded in 2008 by Isabelle Tremblay, and was created together with designer Danielle Gellatly, who brings over 30 years of experience in women's apparel. Learn more about us.

Our uniforms are designed for beauty and wellness professionals. We offer styles for both women and men.

Our uniforms are made from soft, breathable fabrics, selected to feel soft to the touch and offer maximum ease of movement. The fabric composition and features of each garment are listed on its product page.

Check our size chart for bust, waist and hip measurements (in inches). Women's sizes range from XXS to XXL and men's sizes from XS to XXL.

Yes. Browse our men's collection for styles designed for men.

Yes. On eligible products, select Add embroidery (+$12) before adding the item to your cart. You can choose:

• The thread colour: white, black or silver
• The name to be embroidered
• An optional title (leave blank if you only want the name)
• The lettering style: Block, Brush, Cascade or Roman

The lettering preview shown on screen is an approximation of the final embroidery.

No. Embroidered and personalized items are final sale, as returns are only accepted on undecorated items. Please double-check spelling, colour and lettering style before placing your order.

Yes. Our custom uniform program outfits teams of any industry or company size. We offer group pricing options, discounts based on quantity, and customization services such as embroidery for your clinic or industry. Tell us about your team to get in touch with our team uniform specialists.

Standard orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders are shipped with Canada Post. You should receive your order within 3 to 10 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size of your package and the shipping destination.

No. We currently ship within Canada only.

Yes. Our online-order packaging is biodegradable, as part of our effort to reduce our environmental impact.

Regular-priced items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undecorated, with all labels attached. Return shipping costs are not prepaid. See our full returns & exchanges policy.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Items purchased on sale or at a promotional price are final sale.

Request a return authorization from our customer service team at info@ekita.ca. We will get back to you within 24 hours following your request.

We carefully inspect every returned item. You can expect your refund within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return.

Exchanges are not currently supported through our online returns process. To exchange an item, simply return it following our return process and place a new order for the item you want.

Contact us at info@ekita.ca with your order number, your full name and a photo of the damaged product. Ekita will be happy to help you.

We accept credit cards and PayPal.

Enter your promo code at checkout. Expired, incomplete or invalid codes cannot be accepted, and a code cannot be added or changed once your order has been submitted.
